Terms & Conditions jom9 – Malaysia Platform User Agreement

1Definitions and Interpretations

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the jom9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when accessing the jom9 platform.
• Not listed on any voluntary self-exclusion register or official prohibition related to online gambling.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any court-ordered guardianship or legal representation that restricts your right to do so.
• Not using the jom9 platform on behalf of a third party, employer, or any other commercial entity.
• Has never previously been closed or banned from the jom9 platform for a terms violation.

Jom9 reserves the right to revoke platform access at any time for any Member found to not meet the stated eligibility requirements, including in situations where false information was provided during registration.

3Account Registration & Management

Account registration on jom9 is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, Members are required to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full name as shown on their identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and bank account or digital wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on jom9 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — even using different information — is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

• Account passwords are the Member's personal responsibility and must be kept secure at all times.
• Jom9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Members must notify jom9 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
• Jom9 is not liable for any losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly regarding phone numbers and bank account details, to ensure smooth withdrawals.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Jom9 accepts deposits via approved local Malaysian payment methods. All deposit transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) only. The payment methods currently accepted are as follows:

• Digital Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (QR and account transfer)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks that support FPX

The minimum deposit accepted by jom9 is RM 20 per transaction. Credits will be reflected in your account balance instantly or within seconds, depending on the payment method selected. jom9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose their own charges.

Members are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their jom9 account are legally owned by them and not derived from any illegal activity. jom9 adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any suspicious transactions.

5Withdrawals & Winnings

Jom9 members may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or digital wallet held in the same Member's name — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 10 per request.
• Withdrawals to digital wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via bank transfer typically take 10 to 30 minutes subject to the Member's bank.
• Gold-tier VIP members and above enjoy priority processing for faster withdrawals.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before they can be processed.

Jom9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if there are concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such situations, the Member will be contacted and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the necessary explanation or documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

Winnings derived from bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms before they are eligible for cash withdrawal. Account balances originating from cash deposits made without any bonus are not subject to any rollover requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

Jom9 offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily cashback, sports rebates, and a VIP program. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion.

The general terms applicable to all jom9 bonuses are as follows:

1. Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
2. Rollover requirements must be met in full before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
3. Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or converted directly to cash without first satisfying the rollover requirement.
4. Jom9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, colluding with other members, or employing betting strategies designed to claim bonuses without genuine risk — constitutes a serious violation.

7Game & Betting Rules

All games and wagering on the jom9 platform are conducted in accordance with international standard rules for each game type. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating. Any disputes relating to game rules will be resolved based on jom9's server records, which are considered final.

For Sports Betting and badminton, the following terms apply:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the Member unless jom9 explicitly provides that option.
• Bets placed on erroneous odds resulting from a system error may be voided by jom9, and the relevant stakes will be returned to the Member.
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Betting outcomes are determined by the official results announced by the relevant governing body. jom9 is not liable for any outcomes subsequently revised by that body after bets have been settled.

For Live Casino and slots games, all games use a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as stated in the respective game information. Game outcomes recorded on jom9's servers are final and serve as the basis for resolving any disputes.

8Prohibited Member Conduct

Jom9 members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and to respect the platform and fellow members at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, automated bots, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner contrary to the spirit of jom9's promotions programme.
• Uploading or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the jom9 platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or stability of the jom9 platform.
• Using the jom9 platform for any money laundering activities or to finance illegal activities.

9Privacy, Data Protection & Security

Jom9 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting the personal information shared with us. All personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with jom9's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the relevant page. By using the jom9 platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

The technical security measures jom9 implements to protect your data include:

• 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jom9's servers.
• Data stored on servers protected by strict access controls and continuous monitoring.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all member accounts.
• Automated 24/7 monitoring to detect and prevent unauthorised access.
• Regular security audits conducted by independent third parties.

Jom9 will not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Information may only be shared with approved payment service providers, relevant regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies when required by law.

10Account Suspension and Termination

Members may close their jom9 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@jom9.click. Prior to account closure, members must withdraw all available funds. Any balance remaining unclaimed within 30 days of the account closure request may be subject to additional verification before it can be returned.

Jom9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts) are subject to a special procedure.

In cases of suspension or termination involving suspected fraud, jom9 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to the member in full. If misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable terms.

11Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The jom9 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". jom9 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free from technical disruptions.

Jom9 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to technical maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Betting or gaming decisions made by a Member based on inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting and gaming activity on the platform — all wagering outcomes are the Member's personal responsibility.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.

In all circumstances, jom9's maximum liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Jom9 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the jom9 website, unless a specific effective date is stated otherwise.

Where circumstances permit, jom9 will endeavour to notify members of material amendments via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before those changes take effect. Nonetheless, it remains each Member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the jom9 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

1. Internal Resolution (Level 1): Members must first contact the jom9 customer support team and provide full details of the dispute. jom9 will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
2. Escalation (Level 2): If a first-level resolution is unsatisfactory, the Member may submit a written dispute to jom9's senior management team via email at support@jom9.click, clearly stating the relevant details and supporting evidence.
3. Arbitration (Level 3): Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator, with arbitration costs allocated in accordance with the arbitrator's decision.

By using the jom9 platform, Members agree that the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes above. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by the relevant court, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

This Terms & Conditions document is officially written in Bahasa Melayu. Should any translation into another language exist, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or discrepancy in interpretation.
