Jom9 is more than a betting platform — we are a community of Malaysian players who share a passion for fair, safe and entertaining gameplay. Learn more about our journey.
Who We Are
jom9 started with one simple goal — to build an online entertainment and betting platform truly made for Malaysians. Not just taking a foreign model and slapping a local logo on it, but genuinely understanding how Malaysians play, what they look for, and what they expect from a great online experience. That foundation is what brought jom9 from a small startup in 2019 to a platform with over 500,000 active members today.
Founding team jom9 made up of people who truly understand Malaysia's gambling and entertainment culture. They've been players themselves — they've felt the frustration of slow platforms, platforms that don't respect their users, or platforms that simply don't get local needs, from interface language to payment methods. That firsthand experience became the fuel to build something better. And that something is jom9.
From day one, jom9 operates under a recognised licence and is subject to strict regulation. Player data security, game fairness, and payout speed are not just marketing promises — they are legal obligations and moral commitments we uphold every day. Every player who registers with jom9 is entitled to fair treatment, secure transactions, and a gaming experience free from manipulation. These are not things we need to shout about, because they are already embedded in the way we operate.
Today, jom9 offers far more than just one type of game. Our platform covers Live Casino with real dealers you can interact with in real time, Sports Betting spanning the Malaysia Super League and EPL, the Champions League, Thomas Cup and Uber Cup badminton, NBA, Formula 1, and over 30 other sports. 4D and 6D lottery draws are available with live results you can follow in real time, while our poker room delivers a full Texas Hold'em and Omaha experience with real players around the clock. With a single jom9 account, all of this is right at your fingertips.
What sets jom9 apart from other platforms is not simply the number of games — it is the way we build relationships with our player community. Our VIP programme is designed to reward loyalty in a meaningful, tangible way, not just an impressive-sounding title with no real benefits. Our daily cashback system runs automatically with no manual claiming required. Our promotions are refreshed daily so players always have something new to look forward to. And our customer support is available 24/7 in Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring every issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
We at jom9 believe that responsible gaming is more than just a tagline. We build practical tools into every player's account — self-set daily deposit limits, a self-exclusion feature to take a break from play, and access to support resources for those who need help. jom9 has no interest in profiting from players who are struggling — we want to be a platform people come to because it's enjoyable, not because they can't stop. That's not just the ethical approach; it's what makes for a sustainable business in the long run.
Journey jom9 far from finished. We continue to invest in technology, new game content, payment convenience and system speed. Every piece of player feedback is taken seriously — it is the compass that guides this platform's development. We do not see our players merely as a revenue source. They are a community, and we are grateful they have chosen jom9 as their online entertainment home.
